What do you do for heartburn relief?
I’ve been getting heartburn since I was 12 weeks. However, the further along I get the worse it gets and these days Tums just ain’t cutting it. Milk works somewhat, but it just keeps getting worse as time goes on. Some days are worse than others. Anyone have any great heartburn remedies for those days when it just won’t go away? Today has been a good day and haven’t had it that bad, but yesterday I had it all day and it came back as soon as I laid down in bed. I’m so frustrated and am hoping someone has a miracle remedy. Everytime I ask the doctor or pharmacist they just tell me tums. I still have 12 weeks to go, so need something to get me through with the heartburn. Thanks all!

Try drinking lots of water when it starts and elevating your head if you are in bed and it starts. Mine got so bad that my doctor ended up giving me a prescription for it, zantac, I only take it when I feel the heart burn coming on and it takes it away pretty quick.
Also, try not to eat 2 hours before bed, sometimes it helps. The nice thing, once baby drops it will get better. My baby dropped earlier this week and I only got heartburn yesterday and it was the first time in a few days.

I do get heartburn,,, and bad at imes, so I used to take even prescribed medicine ……..that was until I heard that cucumber was good ….I tried it ……..spot on!!……….dont like the taste but it works, and fast too!
